We are proud to be the pioneer school in Japan for the Pedro Sauer Association, upholding the standards of one of the most respected lineages in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. Our dojo was built by the same team who established GJJ Singapore as one of the most successful martial arts schools in Asia. Over the years we have guided students from white to black belt — men and women, boys and girls, from age 4 to 70.

Professor Pedro Sauer & the PSBJJA
Professor Pedro Sauer is one of the most respected figures in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu worldwide. Born in Rio de Janeiro, he studied directly under Helio Gracie and Rickson Gracie, becoming known for technical mastery and for teaching jiu-jitsu in a way that is effective, safe, and accessible to everyone.
In 1990 he moved to the United States, helping spread authentic Gracie Jiu-Jitsu to a global audience. He is an 8th-degree coral belt, recognised for blending technical precision, leverage-based efficiency, and a deep respect for jiu-jitsu's philosophy of self-defence and personal growth.
The Pedro Sauer Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Association (PSBJJA) is a worldwide network of affiliated academies across the Americas, Europe, and Asia — a community built on respect, integrity, and continuous learning. Affiliated schools follow a structured curriculum designed by Professor Sauer, ensuring students everywhere learn with consistency, safety, and authenticity.
